Alternate universe quote:
“We Jews find it a little embarrassing that adults can still make such a big fuss over Christmas. To us, Jesus was just a cool guy everyone liked because he died young.”
-Joel Stein, L.A. Times columnist
“We Jews find it a little embarrassing that adults can still make such a big fuss over Ramadan. To us, Mohammad was just a cool guy because he made crap up."
-Joel Stein, L.A. Times
Oh, and in this alternate universe, no one whatsoever would get upset about it or demand a retraction. Really, Joel? Is that how all Jews feel? They get off on demeaning other people’s beliefs? Somehow I highly doubt it. Speak for yourself, jackass. Only a liberal could dismiss the man whose life had the greatest impact on all of western civilization as just being cool because he “died young.” Of course, I’d be more upset if anyone actually still read the L.A. Times.
