John Edwards has mole removed
Former Sen. John Edwards says the well-known mole on his lip was removed after a doctor said it had grown larger and could be cancerous. The Democratic vice presidential candidate said the mole was removed for a biopsy and was benign. Edwards' wife, Elizabeth, is being treated for breast cancer.Edwards said had a physical before joining presidential candidate John Kerry on the Democratic ticket, but he didn't want to have the procedure done in the middle of the campaign. He decided to have it done several weeks ago."I didn't want to do it," Edwards said.
Not removed, however: his head from his ass.
